average. Our support technicians are readily available by phone and often will remotely
connect to a customer's database to troubleshoot and provide a timely solution.
CSI offers two support programs, Maintenance Agreement and Extended Support,
to insure complete customer care and satisfaction with LabSoft LIMS.
Maintenance Agreement
- Technical Support via phone, FAX, modem, Internet, and E-mail
- System Support via a Remote Node connection (e.g. RAS, VPN)
- Covers questions about installation/configuration and the general use of LabSoft LIMS
- Includes program updates for current version of LabSoft
LIMS
- All Add-Ins (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX), SIMS, and equipment interfaces
under the LabSoft LIMS Maintenance will be updated to work with the newest version of LabSoft LIMS
- Coverage times are from 8:00-4:30 CDT, M-F (excluding major Holidays)
- One-year agreement
Extended Support
- Provides Technical Support 24 by 7 by 365
- Requires a subscription the Maintenance Agreement
- One-year agreement
