At Computing Solutions, Inc., Support & Maintenance mean more than offering application validation. The heart of our Support & Maintenance is about building long lasting customer partnerships through a superior product and 100% customer satisfaction. To achieve this goal, CSI provides the highest level of support available in the industry today at prices well below industry average. Our support technicians are readily available by phone and often will remotely connect to a customer's database to troubleshoot and provide a timely solution. CSI offers two support programs, Maintenance Agreement and Extended Support, to insure complete customer care and satisfaction with LabSoft LIMS.
Maintenance Agreement
- Technical Support via phone, FAX, modem, Internet, and E-mail
- System Support via a Remote Node connection (e.g. RAS, VPN)
- Covers questions about installation/configuration and the general use of LabSoft LIMS
- Includes program updates for current version of LabSoft LIMS
- All Add-Ins, SIMS, and instrument interfaces under the LabSoft LIMS Maintenance will be updated to work with the newest version of LabSoft LIMS
- Coverage times are from 8:00-4:30 CDT, M-F (excluding major Holidays)
- One-year agreement
Extended Support
- Provides Technical Support 24 by 7 by 365
- Requires a subscription the Maintenance Agreement
- One-year agreement
