Tools (NR)

The LabSoft LIMS NR tool is used to efficiently manage Noncompliance Records (NRs). It provides a flexible method to store, access, manage and report NR data.

• NR Incidents - Track and analyze the individual incidents contained within an NR. This allows you to focus on the root-cause(s) and determine the reasons, circumstances and responsible parties.
  
  
• Encapsulation - Store and view all the related documents. Supports any format including Word®, Excel®, Adobe® PDF, etc.
  
  
• Notifications - Automatically send LabSoft LIMS’ Notices and/or E-mails when an NR is added.
  
  
• User Configurable - Add your own fields to record additional information related to the NR.
  
  

• Relationships - Link NRs to Quality Data with the LabSoft LIMS Results Entry tool.
  
  
• Availability - Data entered in the NR is available to other LabSoft LIMS tools like Query, Process View, Work List, etc.
  
  
• Security - Utilizes LabSoft LIMS' “Group Based Security” functionality.
  
  

The Results Entry Indicator Panel illuminates when a relationship exists between the Quality Data and an NR as shown in Figure 2.
