Notices are E-mail type messages that are sent to a user notifying them about a specific LIMS event. Examples include:
Control Chart detecting Out Of Spec data or ascending/descending trends, an Agreement needing review for approval, and
creation of a Certificate of Analysis. New Notices can be set to " pop-up " in a window for quick user response. The user
can then open a specific Notice to view the actual triggering event. For example, if the Notice was triggered by an Out of
Spec event on a Control Chart, opening the Notice will graphically display the Control Chart for immediate review and
subsequent corrective action.
The following demonstrates the accessibility provided by Notices. From the Notices window, users have direct access to the Notice event(s). In this example an Agreement was activated.
