Tools (Work List)

This very flexible tool is used to build electronic lists with very precise information based on distinct criteria in a specific order that can be quickly accessed via a user's Toolbar button. With its abilities to be completely configured, Work List can be used to execute an infinite number of tasks for all of the different LabSoft LIMS users.

Work List Examples:
Pending Orders (Figure 1) - used by the Shipping Department to show Order Status.
Batch Status (Figure 2) - used to alert Operators that the Quality Department has requested a Batch adjustment.
Sample Disposition (Figure 3) - used by Lab Managers to review the status of lab samples.

"Lots" may be queried by:

• Sample Date/Time Start/Stop Range
• Lot/Sample Start/Stop Range
• Product
• Sub-Product
• Customer
• Approved, Not Approved, Approved by certain user, Approved Date/Time Start/Stop Range
• Submitted by certain user, Submitted Date/Time Start/Stop Range
• Priority
• Status
• Short Note
• In Product Specification
• Out of Product Specification
• With Certificates of Analysis Created
• Without Certificates of Analysis Created
• "User Defined Fields"
