Results Entry (Instrument Validation)

Access to the Instrument Validation information gives you insight into how the instrument collects data, the instrument's need for calibration, and SPC trends that the instrument yields when collecting data. An instrument is linked to the result it generates in Results Entry. When viewing the Result's Properties from anywhere in LabSoft LIMS, you can access the instrument's calibration data, run Quick Graph, or execute a Control Chart. The Validation information can include: calibration value, date/time, instrument's serial number, purchase date, manufacturer, etc.
